This position operates on first shift, Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm. Overtime may be required, including 10 hour days and scheduled Saturdays. The operator will sort plates, rail spikes, and other track material as it comes down a conveyor belt. Scrap is sorted manually, and plates weigh up to 40 pounds.
