Hunlock Creek Energy Center (“Hunlock”) is a 169 MW natural gas-fired power plant located in Hunlock Creek, Pennsylvania. Hunlock is strategically located in PJM with access to Marcellus natural gas supply. The plant uses two independently dispatchable assets: a 125 MW combined cycle gas turbine and a 44 MW combustion turbine. Our Hunlock Creek Plant is looking to hire an Operator responsible for starting, stopping, adjusting, and monitoring plant equipment, as well as performing maintenance tasks as directed by Operator A or the Shift Supervisor. This is a union position with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Ideal candidates must be flexible and willing to work overtime when needed to cover vacancies on other shifts.
