Role Summary The Power Generation Controls Design Engineer is responsible for leading and coordinating activities related to generator controls, microgrid control systems, MV switchgear controls, Utility interconnection substation controls and associated integration with mission-critical data center environment. This role shall ensure that development of Basis of Design (BoD), controls functional specifications, design packages—spanning controls, electrical, communications, protection, and sequencing—are consistent, technically sound, and aligned across multiple stakeholders. The engineer shall work closely with the Owner’s Engineer (OE), design engineers, OEMs, and cross-functional data center teams to drive design clarity, resolve conflicts, ensure constructibility, and maintain uniform controls standards across projects. Travel: Ability to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings, company gatherings, and project sites. Location: Remote Compensation: $165k-$185k plus bonus
