About The Position

Nuance Labs is building visual conversational AI that possesses emotional realism. This is a high-impact role to shape the operational core of a fast-growing company, from office management and team culture to the systems that scale with us. You'll bring your own interests to the table and take ownership of the operational domains that spark your interest, whether that's marketing, finance and accounting, people and HR, legal and compliance, or user experience.

This is for you, if:
Bring 1–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, or operations, with a proven ability to tackle unstructured problems and deliver results.
Care deeply about building teams and shaping a positive and high-performing culture.
Are resourceful in navigating HR, financial, and other processes — able to build order where none exists.
Can partner closely with the team to turn vague needs (and sometimes half-baked ideas) into structured processes, anticipating problems and solutions before they’re spelled out.
Enjoy wearing multiple hats and thrive in a small, ambitious, high-trust team.

Responsibilities

• Office management: Be the operational heartbeat of the company, managing the office environment and ensuring smooth information flow to support high-performance work.
• Vendor management: Own relationships with office and operational vendors.
• Team growth: Shape culture from the ground-up by spearheading team initiatives, organizing team events, supporting recruiting, and strengthening internal communication.
• Cross-functional operations: Build scalable systems to support the company's growth. Based on your interests, you'll also have the opportunity to go deep in the areas that excite you most, whether that's marketing, finance and accounting, people and HR, legal and compliance, or user experience.
