About The Position

As an Operations Warfighting Analyst, you’ll use your analytical, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you work as member of an Operations Group for the client. You’ll support the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of a Warfighter Exercise (WFX) program. You’ll be a trusted advisor to military personnel, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex Operations Orders, SOPs, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to WFXs, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. You will also write Operations Orders as required and use all current and future analytical tools available to produce After Action Reports (AARs). You’ll serve as the WFX POC, producing digital SCP as required, producing orders x-walk, and when feasible, cross-train as a workstation controller. Requirements

Experience as a field grade officer, including Warrant Officer W-4/5 or Sergeant Major E9
Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major
Experience with using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Experience with current Army and Joint regulation and publications
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Completion of Military Education Level (MEL4) CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC)

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Colonel O-5 or above
Experience serving on Division or Corps level staff positions
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Master's degree
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Graduate of War College (MEL1) or equivalent

Responsibilities
