About The Position

As an Operations Warfighting Analyst, you’ll use your analytical, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you work as member of an Operations Group for the client. You’ll support the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of a Warfighter Exercise ( WFX ) program. You’ll be a t rus ted advisor to military personnel, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex Operations Orders, SOPs, policies , processes, or instrumentation related to WFXs, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. You will also write Operations Orders as required and use all current and future analytical tools available to produce After Action Reports ( AARs ) . You’ll serve as the WFX POC, producing digital SCP as required, producing orders x- walk , and when feasible, cross-train as a workstation controller. You’ll oversee the constructive training work we do and the solutions we deliver for the Army's warfighter program. You served your country—now, continue your mission with us. Requirements

• Experience as a field grade officer, including Warrant Officer W-4 / 5 or Sergeant Major E9
• Experience serving in a key developmental po sit ion at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major
• Experience with using Micro sof t Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with current Army and Joint regulation and publications
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Completion of Military Education Level ( MEL4 ) CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education ( WOSSE ) , or Sergeants Major Course ( SMC )

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Colonel O-5 or above
• Experience serving on Division or Corps level staff po sit ions
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Master's degree
• Program Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification
• Graduate of War College ( MEL1 ) or equivalent
