About The Position

Brown & Brown is Seeking an Operations Technical Support to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. The main function is to work together as a team. We take inbound calls from several sources. Callers will be customers, clients, partners, and internal employees. We expect all callers to receive friendly and helpful assistance from our department. How You Will Contribute Front end RV calls to triage where the callers needs are best met (roadside, tire delivery, tech support, mobile mechanic, etc) Helping callers determine best course of action for issues with their RV Walking through simple steps the when the customer is willing and capable Deflecting calls when issue would be covered elsewhere (ex: Mercedes issues transferred to Mercedes) Explaining coverage should the customer need a mobile mechanic Providing manufacturer phone numbers when the customer needs repairs Taking calls from our network call centers to assist with coverage questions Assisting customers with appointment setting Returning voicemail messages throughout the day related to RV Keeping a up to date spreadsheet of calls handled and outcomes (We report this back to the client)

Requirements

  • Organizational skills
  • RV Tech Experience – 3 to 5 years
  • Excellent have written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus, not required
