What You'll Be Doing The Operations - Technical Support Intern will assist the team in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that streamline operational workflows. What We're Looking For Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline operational workflows. Support data analysis, tool creation, and dashboard updates for Operations teams. Assist with troubleshooting and enhancing existing Power Platform applications and automations. Collaborate with Tech Support team members to gather requirements and translate them into functional, user‑friendly tools. Document processes, updates, and technical solutions to support knowledge transfer. What You'll Bring Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Interest in automation, process improvement, and financial operations. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Education & Experience Minimum Required: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Preferred: May 2026 grad Systems & Technology Efficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools. Requirements

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Interest in automation, process improvement, and financial operations.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
