About The Position

Emerald Technologies is seeking a motivated and collaborative Team Leader to serve as a key point of contact between frontline team members and management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring peers, promoting a positive team culture, and helping drive daily operations forward. The Team Leader’s insight and feedback play a crucial role in team development, workflow improvement, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team environment, with informal or formal leadership responsibilities preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate others.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer skills, Microsoft 365, and other programs
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with various departments and adapting to changing priorities.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to Emerald Technologies’ mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a day-to-day support resource for team members by answering questions, clarifying processes, and assisting with problem-solving.
  • Serve as a liaison between the team and management, helping communicate updates, concerns, and suggestions in both directions.
  • Support new team member onboarding and training, offering guidance and mentorship to promote confidence and capability.
  • Monitor team workflow and escalate potential bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or quality concerns to management.
  • Lead by example in promoting Emerald Technologies' values, policies, and operational standards.
  • Facilitate informal team huddles or check-ins as needed to ensure alignment of tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management regarding team dynamics, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Encourage collaboration and morale within the team, helping to resolve minor interpersonal or task-related issues before they escalate.
