We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of our Madison, WI location. Our L.W. Allen brand is a full-service distributor and integrator of pumps and represents leading manufacturers that provide solutions for both municipal and industrial fluid handling requirements. The job: As our Operations Support Specialist , your primary role will be to provide coordination and support of Sales, Operations, and Field Service within our Pumps Division. You will be responsible for customer relationships, project coordination, and data analysis and running reports. You will place orders and provide detailed quotes for our internal and external customers. You will assist customers with diagnosis of their pumps to determine parts needed for repairs or replacement. You will process, track, and close out orders in our system. You will work closely with our Sales and Field Service teams to ensure they have information, parts, or inventory that they need to do their jobs.

Requirements

  • Be self-directed and organized
  • Possess exceptional customer services skills
  • Have great attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • A 2 or 4-year degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and support of Sales, Operations, and Field Service within our Pumps Division
