About The Position

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and analytical support to our operations by distributing information for our main key performance indicators. You will also help to lead kaizen activities to continuously improve the operations support and supply chain processes. Location : Hebron, KY

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 or more years of customer service experience.
• 1 or more years of office administration experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily ops support/supply chain activities
• Supports problem breakdown of data to help Operations target specific areas for improvement
• Developed & provides daily summary of performance to Senior leadership
• Collects requests from the business and develops new reporting tools to support operations
• Continually problem solves discrepancies & implements improvements to local processes
• Cross trained in other Operations support functions to provide versatility and coverage to the team
