About The Position

Professional Finance Company (PFC) is seeking an Operations Support Onsite Specialist to join our team at Thibodaux Regional. In this role, you will manage patient accounts while providing clerical and administrative support, serving as a key liaison between PFC and Thibodaux Regional. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering professional and timely service.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
Professional phone presence and customer service mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office environment

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and courteous manner
Educate patients on their accounts and assist with resolving questions or concerns
Set up and document payment arrangements
Respond to CRP inquiries and reconcile payment plan agreements (PPAs)
Process insurance forms accurately
Record and maintain patient payment information
Resolve account holds and support account maintenance
Assist walk-in patients with account inquiries and resolution
Manage assigned inventory and complete additional administrative tasks
