About The Position

Omnipotent Brands, LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Support Manager to keep our multi‑site restaurant organization running smoothly. This role blends project coordination, vendor management, maintenance tracking, and operational support. If you excel at bringing structure to fast‑moving environments and keeping leaders informed and aligned, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in operations support, project coordination, facilities management, or executive administration
  • Experience in multi‑site hospitality, restaurant, or retail environments preferred
  • Strong vendor management and scheduling experience
  • Excellent communication and follow‑through
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, etc.)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary coordination point between Operating Partners and the broader team
  • Track projects, deadlines, and action items across all locations
  • Manage vendor communication, scheduling, bids, and follow‑through
  • Maintain maintenance logs, preventive maintenance calendars, and service records
  • Coordinate new store openings, remodels, and capital projects
  • Support cross‑functional communication with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Operations
  • Manage administrative tasks including filing systems, travel coordination, and expense processing
  • Prepare agendas, summaries, presentations, and internal communications
