About The Position

The Operations Support Coordinator provides essential administrative, technical, and customer service support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of COMPEL Pro initiatives. This role serves as a behind-the-scenes problem solver—supporting members, coordinating systems, and handling details that allow the broader team to focus on content, connection, and calling. Requirements

  • Alignment with the mission and values of COMPEL Pro and Proverbs 31 Ministries.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear written communication and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable learning and working within digital systems and platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with the following tools is helpful: HelpScout, HubSpot, and WordPress

Responsibilities

  • Provide member and non-member support by monitoring and responding to member inquiries via email with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
  • Escalate issues appropriately while ensuring members feel seen and supported
  • Manage the administrative side of COMPEL Pro writing challenges
  • Assist with setup, communication, timelines, and behind-the-scenes logistics of all programs.
  • Load and schedule emails, texts, and posts (including some social media reels and stories) across platforms
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with the IT department at Proverbs 31 Ministries
