The Operations Supervisor oversees daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role leads, trains, and supports staff to maintain high-quality client care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience in behavioral health or similar setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians
• Train staff on procedures, documentation, and client care
• Oversee admissions, detox monitoring, and daily operations
• Manage schedules and ensure shift coverage
• Respond to crises and guide de-escalation efforts
• Ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate across departments to support client needs
