Operations Supervisor

DACO CorporationKent, WA
13d$32 - $39Onsite

About The Position

At DACO, we’re building an operation that runs with consistency, accountability, and structure—not one that relies on constant oversight or individual heroics. We’re focused on creating teams that can execute reliably, processes that are repeatable, and systems that support how work actually gets done. We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor who can help bring that to life day-to-day. In this role, you’ll be the right hand to the Operations Manager, leading execution across warehouse and purchasing functions. You’ll develop people, keep work moving, and improve how things run—so the operation performs whether you’re in the room or not. This role sits at the center of daily operations. You’ll lead the team, keep execution tight, and make sure nothing stalls. This role is: Hands-on and highly involved in day-to-day execution A leadership role focused on people, performance, and process A key support to the Operations Manager—not a standalone operator This role is not: A desk-only management job A place to maintain the status quo A role where you wait to be told what to do You build people up—and it shows in their results. You know how to hold a standard, have the hard conversation, and still keep people motivated and engaged. You move fast—and make fast feel organized. You bring structure to chaos. You don’t let things pile up or stall out. You don’t ignore problems—you fix them. If something isn’t working, you address it. You don’t pass it along or wait it out. You take ownership. You follow through, close loops, and make sure things get done. You stay aligned. You don’t operate in a silo—you communicate, escalate when needed, and work in step with leadership. You're comfortable not having all the answers. But you're not comfortable staying that way. When something's unclear, you ask. When something's wrong, you own it.
