About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. CBI serves individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness, and is recognized as a premiere non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs using evidence-based models. The Operations Supervisor is an integral member of the interdisciplinary treatment team within Crisis, Inpatient, and/or Transition Point programs. This role involves coordinating with various healthcare professionals, including the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP), to ensure a safe environment and high-quality care for all patients. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight and guidance to Patient Care Technicians during intake and discharge processes, as well as to Peer Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Clinicians to facilitate efficient patient throughput.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma required
  • 1 or more years of full-time Health Care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in a field related to Business or Health Care is preferred
  • 1 or more years leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the RN Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Registered Nurse (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Practitioner (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care is provided to all presenting for services at their assigned program
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the Patient Care Technician(s) assigned to complete the intake and discharge process, Peer Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Clinicians to assist in effective patient throughput
