Requirements

• Proven experience supervising in production or manufacturing
• Strong in people development and process improvement
• Comfortable with compliance standards and operational metrics
• Effective communicator
• Ready to lead on 1st shift (typically ~5:00 AM start)

Nice To Haves

• bilingual in Spanish
• Military leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members on SOPs, expectations, and compliance
• Oversee daily operations: checklists, audits, KPIs, and issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and safety programs
• Champion team recognition and cross-training efforts
