Now Hiring: 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor 📍 Location: Eastvale, CA 💼 Shift: 1st Shift 💲 Salary: Up to $80,000 base + 10% annual bonus Are you a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse operations and a passion for lean process improvement? Ingram Micro is seeking a results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our high-performing team in our distribution center in Eastvale, CA.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations.
- Experience in outbound logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations in either Inbound or Outbound with the ability to support other departments within the operation.
- Supervise a team of frontline associates in a high-volume facility.
- Ensure lean practices and SOP compliance for maximum efficiency
- Resolve escalations and support cross-functional teams in hitting KPIs
- Monitor material flow and regulate warehouse space for optimized productivity
- Set day-to-day operational objectives for the team.
