Operations Specialist Are you a credit union or bank Operations/Customer Service Rep or a Head Teller with the energy, experience, and desire to move forward? The right person is an experienced, hands-on Operations Specialist who will: Oversee the day to day management of debit and credit card programs Provide call center support for online services Monitor escrow accounts and coordinate timely payments Coordinate receipt of legal title for all vehicle loans Complete quality control reviews on consumer loan and mortgage files Provide support for daily Branch and Loan Operations This person must be flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with members and with numbers. No two days will be the same!
