About The Position

The Project Manager must have a minimum of an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university with a minimum of five (05) years of experience in for-profit education operations. Strong preference is given to individuals with experience within CDL training school admissions and funding. Strong attention to detail, excellent time managements skills and the ability to travel are required. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to) Serve as the liaison between Roadmaster Drivers School and various Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) local workforce development boards and similar local, state and Federal funding agencies. Develop, maintain, add and grow relationships with various local, state and Federal agencies including but not limited to local workforce development boards for the purposes of obtaining new, continuing and increased funding opportunities for student applicants. Work in conjunction with Admissions Management and School Operations teams to determine operational needs based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to location growth and demographic needs of various student populations. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to various agency clients to drive value and incremental increases in revenue for the company. Submit various data reporting and other requirements in connection with regulatory and contractual obligations with local, state and Federal funding agencies. Completion of annual program reviews and renewals with various agencies as assigned. Familiarization with all aspects of Roadmaster Drivers School operations to include admissions, placement, finance, training and testing. Identification of grant and other funding opportunities for company and/or qualified student applicants to include grant applications, funding administration and reporting as required. Utilization of independent judgment and decision-making skills in executing assigned tasks based upon knowledge, skill and overall understanding of business needs throughout various operational units of the company. Ability to travel on a regular and/or as needed basis. Understand the confidential nature of information with regards to all company activities including but not limited to policies, applicant data, student data, financial data, agency relationships, training methods and licensing, and agree to maintain that confidentiality even after separation from the company. Perform duties with honesty, objectivity, truthfulness, integrity, and high ethical standards. Regular, reliable, and predictable work attendance is an essential function of this position. All other duties and tasks as assigned by management. The expected starting pay range for this position is $53,242.80 - $70,990.40 annualized salary. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
