About The Position

You will be responsible for managing multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. The position emphasizes workflow optimization, process improvement, and operational excellence, while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront. You will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and external collaborators, ensuring that goals are clearly translated into actionable tasks. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or account coordination
  • Experience with e-commerce brands or e-commerce marketing agencies
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with paid media, email marketing, CRO, or general e-commerce workflows
  • Understanding of agency delivery models, client expectations, and SLAs
  • Ability to work in US time zones, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day), including previous overnight or graveyard shift experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple e-commerce client accounts
  • Translate client goals into actionable tasks, milestones, and dependencies
  • Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
  • Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, and strategic partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain and enforce SOPs and standardized processes across projects
  • Prepare status updates, progress reports, and assist in client communications as needed
  • Recommend process improvements, tools, and automations to increase operational efficiency
  • Support onboarding of new clients and team members, and handle ad hoc operational tasks
