The Operations Project Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Operations and provides oversight on various projects as they relate to or affect operations. They are accountable for ensuring projects are on schedule, on budget, implemented seamlessly, and ensures that there is adequate follow through and maintained sustainability for each project. Schedule is Monday - Friday, working 8:00am - 5:00pm Will work at our Atwater Administration Site. Compensation: $26.87 - $28.22 an hour

  • Coordinates project work plan activities which may include calling patients, sending letters, scheduling appointments, etc
  • Coordinates and facilitates operational meetings, providing clerical support such as typing agendas, minutes, correspondence and memos as directed
  • Participates in inventory management activities, including purchasing, distribution and tracking of supplies, materials, and equipment as needed.
  • Organizes and conducts training for users and patients of the telemedicine, videoconferencing and remote monitoring systems
  • Provides and/or arranges for basic technical support as needed
  • Provides leadership to multi-disciplinary and multi-department teams, as well as interfacing with external partners.
  • Documents procedures/workflows regarding project implementation activities.
  • Assists with data gathering and analysis, actively participating in data analysis to develop and inform action plans.
  • Responsible for formal presentations to various audiences and establishing professional business relationships with all levels of management and staff.
  • Supports the implementation of clinical operations-related policies and, procedures to help drive continuous improvement of quality patient care within the health center through process improvement workgroups and site surveys.
  • Supports leadership with data collection on reports.
  • Works and supports the development of processes that maximize staff competencies to ensure improved patient experience, quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates understanding and commitment to the mission of the health center and Golden Valley as a whole.

  • Health Care Operations, Project Management, Finances, and/or Outpatient clinic services.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with and knowledge of electronic health record.
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Effectively interact with operational and clinical personnel.
  • Create reports, collect, correlate and analyze data.
  • Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders involved in the projects.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of staff across the organization.
  • Valid California driver’s license, vehicle insurance, reliable transportation and acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare.
  • Bilingual preferred
