A Little More About What You Will be Doing The Project Coordinator is responsible for administering and organizing all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans, as well as coordinating and preparing for various recurring meetings, all under the guidance of a supervising Project Manager, Medical Director, and the Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working closely with management to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects, various tasks such as coordinating schedules and administrative duties, maintaining project documentation, and handling financial and other data queries. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that assigned projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. In this role, they are responsible for supporting programmatic development, program and project management, data tracking and analysis, quality assurance, troubleshooting related to department specific projects, coordinating communications across the Medical Network, facilitating employee engagement and leadership rounding efforts, and other special projects as directed by Project Manager, Medical Director, and Chief Operating Officer.
