About The Position

The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of construction projects by coordinating activities between project management, field operations, and manufacturing/production teams. This role ensures schedules, materials, documentation, and communication are aligned to meet project timelines and operational goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in construction project coordination and/or manufacturing operations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows and basic manufacturing/fabrication processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with project management software
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling (Acumatica a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
  • Coordinate between construction sites and manufacturing/fabrication teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and production timelines
  • Maintain and manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts)
  • Assist with procurement by issuing purchase orders and tracking material deliveries
  • Monitor job progress and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders
  • Support job costing, budgeting, and invoice tracking
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with project setup, compliance documentation, and closeout processes
  • Ensure alignment between field installation and manufactured components
  • Help identify scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks and escalate as needed
