Job Description: This job is responsible for handling medium to large projects for a Line of Business that may be regional or national in scope. Key responsibilities include recommending policy and procedural changes and developing measurement criteria and project plans such as cost and resource estimates. Job expectations include working with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies to implement change and improvements brought about by the project. This role supports the Change Management and Project Delivery team, with a primary focus on project management, learning and development, and change management . The position plays a key role in driving Agile project routines, managing milestones, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing (UAT) and production support. The role represents the Private Bank Line of Business and Change Management & Project Delivery teams in executing the platform strategy.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in script writing and testing execution.
Strong background in learning and development, change management, and AI integration.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Agile Project Delivery processes, including: Development of formal business requirements Creation of business process flows Documentation of functional requirements for technology solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to facilitate remote, cross-functional, and cross-location meetings
Skilled in developing and delivering presentations for management audiences
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners across multiple sites
Confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders when necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Teams specifically utilizing Co-Pilot
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Analyzes current state processes, existing operations, procedures, and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions, including building a business case for improvement recommendations and driving the execution of implementation
Coordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measures
Supports partnerships with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams
Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalate issues
Performs risk management activities to minimize project risks
Assists with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Leverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change execution
Project Management & Execution Lead cross-functional and inter-departmental projects focused on Learning and Development, employee readiness, and process optimization.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement across business, operations, and technology teams.
Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies, enterprise change standards, and risk/audit requirements.
Learning & Development Integration Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and develop strategies to support employee readiness and adoption of new tools and processes.
Design and implement learning plans, user readiness strategies, and communication frameworks to support change initiatives.
Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure training materials and delivery methods align with project goals and user needs.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a liaison between business and technology to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Support change adoption through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops.
Develop concise, impactful presentations to influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
