We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Operations Program Manager (OPM) to support multiple contracts in the Maritime Sensors and Systems (MSS) product area. This position oversees and manages the Operations scope, quality, cost and schedule - and serves as liaison between project management, factory production and support (supply chain, quality, technical operations, etc.) and Operations line management. Main Operations focal point for a major Production and Sustainment program. Ensures program forecasts are updated accordingly and that all factories are aware of their future demand and staffing needs. Needs to identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution. Interface and coordinate production priorities within the Product Line. Reporting to the lead OPM for the MSS Product Area in Hudson NH - SEAS factory. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite 3-4 days per week and remotely 1-2 days per week.

Requirements
