We are seeking an experienced Operations Product Manager to support and optimize our operations-focused systems and processes as part of our ongoing technology transformation. This role plays a critical part in improving technician productivity, enhancing customer service, and maximizing profitability across all operational functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in application management, business analysis, or related roles.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience solutioning for Operations systems and processes.
  • Experience with full cycle implementations of SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor, Sage, or similar ERP platforms
  • Proven track record delivering business applications and process improvements.
  • Experience with business process analysis and documentation (process mapping, requirements gathering).
  • Experience creating and managing ADO work items.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of system integrations and APIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or related dealership industries.
  • Knowledge of AI and automation technologies in business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement Serve as a business analyst to evaluate operational needs, identify functionality gaps, and recommend bestpractice solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess enhancement requests, validate requirements, and translate business needs into system configuration changes.
  • Deeply engage in operations processes, including order‑to‑cash, inventory management, procure‑to‑pay, service‑to‑cash, shipping, delivery, and receiving.
  • Translate operational needs into clear user stories and technical specifications for developers.
  • Document current‑state and future‑state business processes using flowcharts and swimlane diagrams.
  • Create and manage ADO work items, including Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, and Bugs.
  • Analyze gaps between current system capabilities and business requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives post‑implementation.
  • Application Administration Act as an application administrator for packaged enterprise systems supporting our operations functions, ensuring proper configuration, governance, security, and user support.
  • Develop deep product proficiency and maintain system configurations, workflows, and rules to support evolving business processes.
  • Participate in oversight of system configuration, enhancement requests, and integrations aligned to operational workflows.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Service, Parts, Inventory, F&I, Transportation, Warranty, and IT teams to ensure alignment on requirements, integrations, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication across departments and help build consensus on priorities.
  • Technology & Innovation Support modernization efforts using automation and AI technologies in business applications.
  • Evaluate opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency across all operational functions.
