About The Position
The Procurement Operations Manager is the "System Engine" of the team. You own the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and the digital tools that make geographic expansion possible. Your goal is to make Facilities Managers (FMs) 90% self-sufficient through world-class training and a high-functioning SharePoint and CMMS ecosystem. You ensure that as we scale, our back-end processes—from vendor onboarding to invoice reconciliation—remain bulletproof.
