About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Operations Manager to support the transformation of our procurement ecosystem as we continue to scale and consolidate our internal systems. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence as we significantly increase system volume and complexity, while driving support to a fast-paced, high-demand organization. This individual will play a key role in designing scalable processes, ensuring data integrity, and directly influencing how efficiently the company p2p process operates and how effectively we manage and review spend.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or related field
  • Experience with procurement tools such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting system implementations or transformations is highly preferred
  • Exposure to T&E platforms (e.g., Navan) and procurement catalogs is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Procurement Systems & Workflow Optimization
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement workflows
  • Design and deploy new sub-processes based on ongoing business needs
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure our procurement platform captures accurate, actionable data (prevent “garbage in / garbage out”)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Procurement Operations, ensuring adoption of new features and functionality
  • Integrations & Spend Enablement
  • Support and optimize integrations across procurement systems, including:
  • P2P Platform into our ERPs
  • Catalogue Review and Enablement
  • Net new system integration opportunities that will lead to automation and/or streamlined processes
  • Help expand and manage buying channels and catalogs to drive compliance and control spend
  • Stakeholder Support & Service Delivery
  • Act as a front-line support resource for procurement-related inquiries from employees across the business
  • Provide timely updates and issue resolution in a high-touch, high-expectation environment
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and continuously improve user experience
  • Support onboarding of newly acquired businesses
  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Intake, assess, and prioritize process change requests
  • Establish and manage cadence for system updates and enhancements for our ecosystem of procurement tools
  • Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements based on data and feedback
