Raytheon's RVS Finance team is seeking an Operations Principal Financial Analyst (P3) to support our teams based out of the Goleta, CA. The successful candidate will partner with the Program Operations Managers, Material Planning Managers, and Value Stream Leaders and provide financial guidance for successful factory operations for C&SP, FPO and Thin-films factories.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience in using SAP Business Systems (ex: APEX, PRISM), Analysis for Office, Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with generating EACs.
  • Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc).
  • EVMS Certified.
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a Team structure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross functional teammates & all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Labor tracking, HPU tracking and analysis, EAC tracking and coordination.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly HPU, name-run, and utilization reporting and data analysis.
  • Work closely with various functional organizations during the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) process as well as monitoring these organizations performance.
  • Support variance analysis updates and financial reviews with RVS and Operations functional management as well as internal customers.
  • Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
  • Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed.
