About The Position

Conduit Health is transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and supplies are accessed through insurance. Our mission is to simplify life for patients and care providers by removing friction from the home healthcare experience. We work with Medicaid and Medicare patients, caregivers, case managers, and homecare agencies to ensure patients receive the equipment and supplies they need — fast, covered, and stress-free. We’re a venture-backed startup based in New York, growing rapidly after our Series A, and are building a best-in-class management team to deliver exceptional patient care at scale. We’re looking for an Operations Manager optimize operations workflows (prior authorization and fulfillment). You’ll work closely with our internal Operations Team, external clinical partners, payor partners, fulfillment, and product teams to ensure exceptional patient care and compliance while scaling operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape operations and expansion in a high-growth startup environment, working hands-on with industry leaders and driving impact across our patient population.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in healthcare or DME clinical operations, as a biller, medical assistant, scribe, or similar role (suggested, not required).
  • Incredible attention to detail and ability to juggle many manual tasks at once.
  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for leveraging technology to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.
  • Stellar communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Prior Authorization Processes: Ensure efficient authorization processes, especially through various portals that require manual submission and constant follow-up.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Clinical Operations, Support, Payor Development, and Product Teams to share insights, improve workflows, and address operational challenges effectively.
  • Track & Report KPIs: Measure performance metrics (e.g., patient reach rate, turnaround time, error rates), prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
