The Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day and long-term operational aspects of federal contract(s) that provide occupational health medical services. This position requires coordination across various internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. The Operations Manager is expected to work with a high degree of autonomy and with minimal supervision. As a self-starter, the Operations Manager must proactively identify challenges and problem-solve, presenting well thought out solutions and actionable options. This position is accountable for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, meeting contract requirements, and ensuring excellent customer service.
