Responsibilities

Be the conductor of a high-volume warehouse operation
Keep day-to-day operations running at full throttle while delivering top-tier accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Build an unstoppable training program
Turn new hires into confident pros and help seasoned pros master new processes and systems.
Design workflows that actually work
Take the lead in creating and revising SOPs, organizing processes, mapping out equipment and space needs, and fueling operational excellence.
Lead, coach, inspire
Support supervisors, leads, and associates as they tackle daily challenges and long-term goals. You’ll be the person who keeps the team informed, aligned, and thriving.
Communicate with upper management daily
Provide clear, consistent updates, insights, and reports to leadership to keep priorities aligned and operations transparent.
Oversee inventory, logistics & movement of goods
Control the daily dance of inbound/outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and carrier coordination.
Problem-solve like a warehouse detective
Troubleshoot exceptions, resolve shipping issues, and keep things flowing smoothly across the board.
Keep safety sacred
Implement standards, enforce procedures, and maintain compliance like the champion of safe operations.
Be the steady hand when someone’s out
Provide operational support to ensure nothing falls through the cracks during absences.
Own the reporting realm
Complete logs, documentation, and performance reports with accuracy, speed, and executive-ready clarity.
