Requirements

2+ years of security management or related experience
3+ years of verified security, law enforcement, corrections, or military experience
Ability to obtain/maintain a valid State Security License
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and administrative systems
Flexible schedule to support 24-hour operations
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Stand or sit for at least one hour
Walk ½ mile and climb 20 stairs without stopping
High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Nice To Haves

Security management certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, or related field (preferred)
Bachelor’s in Risk Management, Business, HR, Law, or related field, preferred.
Tennessee Armed Security License, preferred
