The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and compliance. This role manages staff, processes, and resources to support organizational goals, improve performance, and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
  • [3–7] years of operations management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, processes, and policies

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational costs to improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with department leaders to align operations with company goals
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets
