Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in management or marketing with a minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution or manufacturing leadership.
Experience should include management and operations.
Strong organizational and communication (verbal & written) skills
Commitment to Customer Service and improving the quality of the sale to the customer
Experience in developing budgets and business plans
Excellent leadership, management, math and analytical skills
Excellent Computer Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Steel Service Center Industry preferred.
Responsibilities

Manages and improves daily business processes (operations & administrative) through analysis and collaboration.
Represents the Company to the market area.
Partners with support functions (IT, HR, Purchasing, Sales, Credit and Accounting) to achieve objectives and continuous improvement.
Performs other duties as related or assigned.
