About The Position

The operations manager leads, motivates, and supports a large production division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations.
Minimum 3 years management experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
Strong communication skills, oral and written.
Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Current industry certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
Oversee the management of operational activities.
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
Manage staff development of the production division.
Work closely with general manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with general manager.
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as production expertise.
Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
