The Operations Manager leads and motivates the mitigation division and supports the reconstruction division to ensure the success of SERVPRO Team Wall’s full-service model, revenue and profit growth, customer satisfaction, and staff development. They are responsible for overseeing and managing the production process in mitigation, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and meeting the required quality standards. They play a crucial role in coordinating the various stages of production, from planning and scheduling to monitoring the workforce and managing resources. Requirements
