The Role The Operations Manager is responsible for providing operational support and administration support to the Sport & Entertainment division. They will work closely with the Head of the Team (where relevant) ensuring that operational and compliance activities within their areas are carried out in accordance with the relevant Company and/or Group policies. The Operations Manager provides the first line of defence, for their Team on all operational matters and acts as the primary interface between the Team and central support services. This includes interaction with other Operations specialists across their Operating Entity and within the Group. The jobholder will frequently interact with Deputy COO's of their Operating entity to ensure that strategies and operational initiatives are implemented effectively.
