This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As our Operations Manager, National Events, you will oversee a critical function responsible for executing thousands of seminars each month across the United States—ensuring the right venues are secured, logistics are aligned, and teams are operating with precision. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a team of Event Specialists while driving operational excellence across a nationwide seminar program. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and field leadership to ensure seamless coordination, resolve challenges in real time, and continuously improve processes. Supporting a program that delivers more than 5,000 seminars each month, your ability to lead people, optimize operations, and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations will directly impact business performance and growth.
