The Operations Manager II manages daily activities within the organization’s operations function and works closely with Operations Directors to support and strengthen branch operations. This role is intentionally designed as a developmental and rotational leadership opportunity, providing broad exposure to multiple operating environments and preparing high-potential leaders for future placement across the enterprise. The Operations Manager II will oversee and support continuous improvement initiatives, operational standardization, and best-practice deployment across facilities. Based on business needs and individual readiness, this role is expected to relocate within 12-18 months to support operations at facilities across the West Coast, including but not limited to California, Colorado, New Mexico, and Idaho. This position is ideal for leaders seeking accelerated growth, expanded responsibility, and long-term career advancement within foodservice operations.
