The Program Manager, Leadership Development plays a central role in advancing Envision’s commitment to building strong, capable leaders across the enterprise. Initially focused on strengthening development pathways for clinical leaders, this role designs and delivers scalable, high-impact learning experiences that prepare leaders to guide teams, support operational performance, and foster a thriving work environment. Working closely with the VP, Talent Enablement, clinical and indirect patient care leaders, and external partners, the Program Manager ensures all development efforts are strategically aligned, relevant, and grounded in Envision’s leadership expectations and culture. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can work directly with senior leaders, manage complex programs end-to-end, and help shape the long-term leadership development strategy.
