About The Position

CF Capital is hiring a founder right-hand operator who can own day-to-day execution today and grow into a future leadership role as the business scales. You will work directly with both founders of a fast-growing private equity real estate firm that owns and operates approximately 1,500 apartment units across the Midwest and Southeast with roughly $175M in assets under management. The company plans to scale to 5,000+ units, build its own property management company, and continue growing over the next several years.
