Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Operations & Maintenance Scheduler to cultivate cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. In this role, you will: Coordinate and develop 5 and 21 day schedule in Maximo Maintain a ready backlog of tasks to be scheduled Host scheduling meetings and team with engineers to identify available resources and timelines. Coordinate schedule actions to determine mission readiness and implementation. Coordinate with capability owners to schedule & project short, and long, term plans to cultivate mission results. Support development of integrated mission schedules You must have intermediate level skills with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook and be comfortable developing products and briefing information to stakeholders. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The Payload Launch Sites Support Services (PLSSS) Program provides all launch processing support functions for Office of Space Launch (OSL). The program’s two primary operating locations are Vandenberg AFB, CA and Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. Key elements of the PLSSS program scope include satellite launch processing, satellite transport operations, satellite propellant loading operations, and satellite processing facilities O&M, clean room operations, and safety and environmental services.

Requirements

  • Must have intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Comfortable communicating with engineering and technician personnel on a daily basis
  • Capable of setting up/guiding meetings
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government TS/SCI security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
