About The Position

radEmploy is an AI-powered workforce platform solving the nationwide radiology staffing crisis. Hospitals often wait months to fill imaging roles — we fill them in days through intelligent matching, automated credentialing workflows, and conversational AI outreach. We’re hiring an Operations Lead to run and scale the engine that moves candidates from screening → credentialing → submission → placement. You will own pipeline throughput, manage the recruiting + sourcing workflow, and ensure candidates move fast and clean. This is a builder-operator role — not a process administrator. You’ll work closely with: CEO Recruiters & sourcing teams AI-driven engagement workflows Hospital & imaging center hiring teams

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in healthcare staffing, clinical recruiting, marketplace ops, or multi-site healthcare operations
• Builder + operator who owns outcomes and improves systems
• Comfortable managing recruiters and enforcing standards
• Organized, structured, strong follow-through, moves with urgency
• Clear communicator with both candidates and hospital leadership
• Hands-on executor who can build while doing

Nice To Haves

• Radiology staffing or credentialing experience
• Startup or healthcare marketplace experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end staffing workflow
• Drive speed, accuracy, and completion across the pipeline
• Manage & coach recruiters + offshore sourcing support
• Set performance expectations, dashboards, and accountability
• Ensure the right candidates reach the right roles quickly
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, and feedback loops with clients
• Create SOPs and repeatable operating systems
• Identify bottlenecks and partner with product to automate workflows
