Operations are core to us as a company. Our customers entrust us with their most sensitive and mission-critical records; mistakes in retrieval directly lead to lost settlements and delayed patient care. As an Operations Lead, you will own the day-to-day execution and management of our Records Retrieval Team. You will help shape the team from the ground-up: hiring and training, process design, performance tracking. This hire is someone who can thrive with an extremely high degree of autonomy and ownership, and is someone who thinks as much about what we will need to succeed in a year as much as tomorrow.
