Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Provide feedback to the operations manager. Contribute to a positive environment. Deliver legendary service to each customer. Develop a positive and professional working relationship with each partner. Execute operational assignments during scheduled shifts. Manage service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and regulations, as well as company and brand policies and standards.
