About The Position

Flight Club is the home of the Social Darts™ phenomenon and a multi-award-winning venue with multiple locations in the United States and numerous locations in the United Kingdom. We provide our guests with premium, high-quality food and beverage menu options along with proprietary gaming technology that takes the math out of darts & allows groups to play together. The traditional game of darts has been revolutionized using unique, vision-tracking gameplayer technology with an elevated twist on games you already love. Our team members work together to deliver social experiences and celebrations unmatched in hospitality. Through your enthusiasm for greatness, our core values, and our high company standards we know together you can develop into a master entertainer in our growing brand. The function of a supervisor is to assist management in keeping the venue atmosphere to Company standards, while learning to take the first steps in viewing the venue as a master of ceremonies. Supervisors are responsible for orchestrating entry level management tasks in a controlled space. This position is always chaperoned by another ringleader of management to properly guide the individual as they learn to see the venue in a different light. Throughout this program supervisors take the first step in representing the management team while evaluating if this is an equally fit opportunity on both sides. Through the 6-month training program supervisors see a day in the life of a manager on a smaller scale. Supervisors are provided guidance, coaching, and the tools to be successful in their training while being given daily and weekly accruing goals to embark on their future journey. At State of Play, our mission is to create moments of joy and connection through the power of play. Our Values Are: We Take the Initiative: Actions speak louder than words. We’re resourceful, proactive and creative. There are no limits to what we can achieve if we reach out, speak up and make it happen. We’re Thoughtful: We think about the bigger picture. We default to listening and encouraging different views to our own. By being deliberate and considerate, team members will enjoy working with us and we will make better decisions. We Strive for Excellence: We try to bring the best version of ourselves into work every day. Quality matters. Executing with precision and pace will help both other team members and the business succeed. We Celebrate the Wins: Let’s enjoy the journey.
