Assist with new client start-up activities and implementation process improvement. Assist in the gathering and reporting of data analytics. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Working knowledge of project coordination. High attention to detail, follow-through, solution oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Able to excel in a highly collaborative work environment. Able to work in a hybrid work location model (home and office-based). Webex knowledge and capabilities. EDUCATION: Highschool diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and Accounting, Healthcare, or related field, preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE Prior internship or part-time work in business operations, project support, or administrative role, a plus. Ability to conduct basic analysis, build spreadsheets, and create reports. Previous team-based project experience from school, club, or extracurriculars where planning, coordination, or execution was required. Experience organizing tasks and managing deadlines . Prior healthcare experience, desired. Pay Range: $13.27 - $19.91 This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. .
